To help your organization achieve its goals, the CSEG employs a four-part project flow to stay on track and achieve objectives:

1. Mission/Vision - Facilitate discussion to define the mission, vision, and values of the organization. Draft a project plan and communicate the roles and responsibilities of individuals.

2. Planning - Finalize project plan, select the team, and begin to gather data for good decision-making.

3. Environmental Scan - Conduct internal and external interviews, perform internal financial assessment, and present preliminary findings.

4. Implement and Monitor - Develop operating plan, measure and monitor progress, and adjust as needed.
